Requirements

macOS 13+
Apple Silicon or Intel. DailyOS runs as a native app.
Google Workspace
Calendar and Gmail access. OAuth authentication. No passwords stored.
Claude Code
Powers all AI enrichment. Requires a Claude Pro or Max subscription ($20+/mo).

Step by Step

1. Download the latest release
Download the .dmg from GitHub releases. Drag DailyOS to Applications.

2. Connect Google Calendar and Gmail
DailyOS uses OAuth to access your calendar and email. No passwords are stored. All data stays on your machine.
3. Choose a workspace folder
Pick any local folder. DailyOS creates its configuration and intelligence files here.

4. Add your core accounts and projects
Tell DailyOS about the accounts and projects you manage. This gives the system its starting context.
5. Open tomorrow
DailyOS starts building intelligence as soon as it connects. Your first morning briefing will be ready when you open the app.
